Production:

IRGRIT^® is manufactured by granulation in water, drying, processing the dried raw material in our fully automatic crushing (of oversize) and sieving plant. The product size is maintained to be within ±10% of the recommended grading curve by carefully controlling the feed rate and selecting the size of screens based on the particle size range of the raw material. Every batch of the finished product is sieve analyzed and proper records are maintained for traceability.

Packing & Distribution:

IRGRIT® is available in the following five modes of standard packing and bulk supply in 22 tone capacity tipper. Every bag is identified with batch control tag for quality traceability.

• 40 kg Laminated polypropylene bag.
• 40 kg two layers polypropylene bag.
• 1 ton polypropylene jumbo bag.
• 2 ton polypropylene jumbo bag with lifting hooks.
• 1.6 ton polypropylene jumbo bag with lifting hooks contains with 40 kg laminated polypropylene bags.

Dispatch & Delivery:

IRGRIT^® is available from our plant in Iran. It is dispatched from our plant in Kerman Province to :

• Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan , Turkey , Syria, Afghanistan , Iraq  by road.
• UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia ,Bahrain, Yemen, Pakistan, Egypt, & North Africa by sea/road.
